The successful Production Assistant will work closely with operational teams, removing administrative burdens and helping to coordinate resources, training, maintenance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.This opportunity would suit an organised and proactive individual with experience in manufacturing, production coordination or team leadership within an engineering or production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily production activities and monitor operational performance.Coordinate attendance, overtime and workforce planning.Assist with onboarding, probation reviews and people administration.Maintain training records and coordinate development activities.Support maintenance scheduling and breakdown escalation.Track and follow up quality, improvement and corrective actions.Ensure production resources and consumables are available....
