Production Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Team Leader to join our client''s dynamic team based in Birmingham, West Midlands. This permanent role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production line, overseeing a dedicated team, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The Production Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating daily production activities, implementing Lean manufacturing principles, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives through Six Sigma methodologies. As a key leader, you will motivate staff, optimise processes, and ensure production targets are met while adhering to health and safety regulations.
