About the Role:
V3 Recruitment are seeking a hands-on Production Team Leader for our client based in Segensworth. This is a permanent role on a late shift, ideal for someone with previous team-leading experience in a production environment.

In this role, you will supervise a small team of permanent and occasional temporary production workers, ensuring smooth operations while actively participating in the production process. You will report directly to the Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising and supporting a small team of production staff
Printing company logos onto clothing items
Overseeing packing at the end of the production line
Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
Providing guidance, training, and support to team members
Requirements:

Previous experience in a team leader role, preferably in a production environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Hands-on approach with the ability to work alongside the team
