Production Team Leader

We are supporting our client, a leading independent manufacturer and wholesaler based in Ipswich who are looking for a Production Team Leader to join their fast-growing company to oversee and drive performance across two production teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about motivating others and contributing to a high-performing, collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support two production-based teams to achieve daily and long-term performance targets Be actively involved in the warehouse, working alongside the team to identify opportunities for improvement Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a positive working culture Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency, ensuring standards are consistently met Act as a key point of contact between team members and senior management Build trust and strong working relationships across all levels of the business Previous Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a team leader, line leader, or supervisory role within a production or manufacturing environment Hands-on approach, willing to get involved and lead by example Trustworthy, dependable, and proactive with excellent communication skills Strong people skills with a focus on coaching and developing others Able to manage priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment In return, the successful candidate will benefit from a competitive salary, opportunities for ..... full job details .....
