You will be expected to work directly on the production lines while simultaneously overseeing a small, fast-paced team. Your goal is to assist in ensuring that production targets are met, quality is uncompromised, and the unit operates smoothly. Key Responsibilities Shop Floor Leadership & Operations Active Production: Work "hands-on" on the production lines to maintain output. Team Supervision: Oversee a small team, ensuring staff are working efficiently and meeting hourly/daily targets. Technical Proficiency: Operate all production machinery (following training) and assist with basic maintenance to minimize downtime.
