      <description>Location: Greater Manchester | Salary: &amp;pound;18.58/hour | Type: Temporary | Apply today to work as a  Production Team Leader  for our client site, which manufactures well-known meat and meat-free products.    Staffline is recruiting Production Team Leaders in  Hyde.     The rate of pay is  £18.58  per hour.    This is a  part-time  role working  weekends, Saturday and Sunday, plus Bank Holidays . The hours of work are:   - 6am to 6pm     Your Time at Work   As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for:    - Leading and promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring risk assessments, safety checks, training, and "Go for Zero" behaviours are embedded in daily operations.  - Managing day-to-day production performance, delivering against safety, quality, cost, throughput, and people metrics in line with the master schedule.  - Building, coaching, and developing a high-performing team, including training, capability tracking, problem solving, performance management, and absence management.  - Drive continuous improvement  - Optimising labour, minimising waste, and improving OEE, ensuring efficient start-ups, changeovers, and effective shift handovers.  - Ensuring product quality is maintained, preventing poor quality from progressing to the next stage ...</description>
