The Production Team leader will work with the Production Scheduler to ensure the project manufacturing and test miles stones are identified and the required activities are completed to achieve the timely delivery to our customers. Qualifications/Experience Required: - Previous experience in leading team.- Previous experience of working within production.- Experience of working in an electrical industry- A positive can-do attitude and ability to collaborate well with different business areas.- Have a general knowledge of and the ability to confidently use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Teams.- Planning and coordinating the daily activities of the production team to meet the required milestones - Supervising the build of several different projects at once to ensure production deadlines are met.- Maintaining and checking production records and documentation.- Monitoring build quality standards to ensure they are maintained for the panels and equipment produced- Train, mentor and develop production staff to meet ..... full job details .....
