In this varied role, you''ll be responsible for leading and motivating the production team, ensuring output, quality, and health & safety targets are achieved while driving continuous improvements across the shift.

This position would suit a Team Leader/Supervisor, from a manufacturing background, looking to take the next step in their career with an industry leading company.

The Role:

• Lead and supervise the night shift production team
• Ensure production, quality, safety and KPI targets are achieved
• Mon-Thurs 4 x 10-hour night shifts (9:00pm - 7:00am)

The Person:

• Team Leader / Supervisor experience
• Manufacturing or Production or Process background
• Commutable to Petersfield
