An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Team Leader to join a growing and ambitious food manufacturing business. This role is ideal for an experienced Team Leader or Senior Line Leader looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced production environment.

Working alongside the Production Supervisor, you will lead a small team while supporting the manufacture and packing of high-quality food products. The successful candidate will be hands-on, quality-focused, and passionate about driving performance, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a small production team
• Train and develop operators
• Ensure products are manufactured to specification and quality standards
• Monitor production performance and KPIs
• Complete production records and quality checks
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Previous Team Leader or Senior Line Leader experience within food manufacturing
• Experience managing teams of 3+ people
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge of SOPs, quality standards, and health & safety procedures
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene (desirable)
