Production Team Leader

Role: Production Team LeaderLocation: Dartford Salary: 31,000 - 34,000 - Depending on ExperienceAbout the RoleProactive are currently in search of an experienced Production Team leader for a market leading electronics manufacturing company based in Dartford.As a Production Team Leader you will be required to lead and manage the team within the business to ensure that products are produced in the most efficient manner, at the right quality levels to ensure a high level of performance is maintained in the business.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork to ensure people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meet delivery requirements while achieving quality and safety standardsEnsure that team members follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirementsEnsure full adherence to good housekeeping standards are always met.Ensure equipment is within calibration date and all systems are functioning correctlyEnsure that non-conforming material is clearly identified and segregatedEnsure that quality concerns are reported to the appropriate personal and that proper process controls are followed in the event of a quality issue raised.Ensure achievement of production throughput.Ensure the team are aware of day-to-day targets and responsibilitiesManage work order closures (scanning where applicable)Monitor and maintain all safety equipment and toolsIdentify training and development needs to management.Be part of the corrective action ..... full job details .....
