Production Line Leader 15.64 per hour 40 hours per weekIckburgh, just outside MundfordMonday-Friday 6am-2pmWe are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Production Line Leader to join our team at our Ickburgh site.This is a hands-on supervisory role, overseeing the day-to-day running of the production shift and supporting a team of Production Operatives. You''ll play an important role in ensuring production runs safely and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality and hygiene.What You''ll Be DoingOverseeing the day-to-day running of the production shift and production staffEnsuring production operates efficiently and to maximum capacityProviding clear instructions and paperwork to Production OperativesEnsuring production records, quality checks and paperwork are completed accuratelyMonitoring production figures and reporting any issues to the Production SupervisorResolving production issues quickly and escalating where requiredEnsuring equipment is operated and maintained correctlyMaintaining high standards of cleanliness, housekeeping and food safetyEnsuring waste, packaging and damaged products are disposed of correctlyPlacing ingredients or products on hold when requiredMaking adjustments to water additions to ensure finished products meet specificationIdentifying training needs and supporting the development of team membersMonitoring staff performance and providing feedbackProviding effective handovers to the following Line ..... full job details .....
