What s on Offer: Salary: £37,113 per year (37-hour week) Shift Allowances: 16% for Late shifts; 39% if Night shifts are introduced Overtime: Regular opportunities to boost earnings What You ll Do: Lead and support a team of Production Operators to hit targets Maintain high safety and quality standards Run daily shift briefings, spot-checks, and audits Suggest and implement improvements to make processes better About You: Proven experience supervising teams in manufacturing (automotive experience preferred) Strong literacy and numeracy skills Knowledge of Health and Safety standards ILM qualification is a bonus Flexible for shifts If you re a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
