Production Team Leader

We are an award-winning company and one of Europe''s leading designers and manufactures within the engineering sector. We employ over 250 staff and have a manufacturing base in Frimley, Surrey which spans over 5 plus units. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Team Leader to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing people, procedures, and processes within the department, driving the team to meet and exceed business targets. This position requires a seasoned professional who can confidently lead a shift of around 30 individuals, including production operators and pickers.In return you will receive a salary of up to £52.5k which includes shift allowance, profit share scheme paid twice yearly, enhanced salary sacrifice pension, retail discounts, two paid volunteering days per year, cycle to work scheme, gym discounts, car maintenance scheme, saving, investments and debt advice, voluntary private healthcare plans and more.
