Production Team Leader

We are recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join a successful manufacturing business in Portsmouth. This is an opportunity to lead a team of around 15-20 employees, drive performance, and help deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced production setting. What You''ll Be Doing Leading, motivating, and developing a production team Driving safety, quality, and productivity standards Managing performance, attendance, and training Supporting continuous improvement initiatives Ensuring operational targets and KPIs are achieved Creating a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture What We''re Looking For Previous Team Leader, Supervisor, or people management experience in production is essential. Strong communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving is also required along with a track record of improving results.
