Do you want a hands-on management position where you will be a key point of contact across production, overseeing day-to-day operations and resolving any issues that arise during the manufacture of bespoke products? In this role, you will oversee day-to-day shop floor operations across the wood mill, upholstery, dispatch, sewing and pre-build departments. You will be responsible for approximately 30 production staff, including five direct reports, ensuring the production plan is delivered efficiently while resolving staffing, scheduling and operational issues as they arise.
