Production Team Leader

Manpower are delighted to be recruiting for a Team Leader on behalf of a client based in Grimsby. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join a supportive and collaborative management team within a fast-paced production environment. The successful person will be responsible for overseeing factory operations and leading a team of approximately 12 employees on a day-to-day basis, with the opportunity to step into a broader management support role when required. Shift Pattern Monday- Friday 5:30am- 14:30 Pay Rate £14.77 per hour The RoleAs a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of factory operations, supporting both production teams and site management. Key Responsibilities Leading and overseeing production processes within the factory Managing and motivating a team of approximately 12 employees Ensuring operational procedures are followed effectively Monitoring team performance and productivity and forecast/ production staffing planning Reporting operational performance to the wider management team Ensuring hours worked are recorded accurately Confirming and validating payroll information before submission What We''re Looking For Experience Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Management role is essential Experience leading teams within a manufacturing, production, food, or factory environment would be highly advantageous Skills and Attributes Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent ..... full job details .....
