Production Team Leader

A globally recognised high volume manufacturer are currently looking to strengthen their Production department with the appointment of a Production Team Leader.

As Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for the Safety, Quality, Output of the assigned area on a day to day basis, whilst upholding company standards and driving continuous improvement.

Working from their manufacturing facility in Warwickshire, the Production Team Leader will be responsible for:

• Safety promotion of employees and processes – PPE Auditing, LOTO, COSHH
• Job ability – quality sign off and building of competence and confidence of technical skills
• Leading Teams and delivering daily meetings, supporting escalation when required
• Problem solving – seeking root cause for downtime or quality issues using CI tools
• Deliver the Autonomous Maintenance schedule
• Human Relations – building and developing a high performing Team addressing T&A issues, Return to Work and recognition of high performing individuals
• Able to lead investigations, resolve grievances and monitor absenteeism and take appropriate action where needed
• Promote the companies HSE policies across the department and plant and adhere to all  Health and Safety environmental requirements

The successful candidate should have proven Production Team Leader experience and NVQ Level 3 in Manufacturing is preferable.
