Mon – Thurs

4pm-2:30am (Late Shift)
 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading manufacturer organisation supplying some of the most prestigious names in the automotive and motorsport industries. With almost four decades of experience, they are recognised for their innovation, precision, and commitment to engineering excellence.

The Production Team Leader will oversee the late shift operations of the trimming team, ensuring the department is working to meet the customer needs, the correct quality standards of work and the departmental resources are supervised effectively.

Skills & Experience Needed:
• Engineering manufacturing background

• Previous people management & organisational experience  
• Ability to conduct appraisals, disciplinaries & departmental meetings
