Production Team Leader - ManufacturingLocation: CoventrySalary: £17.61 per hour + shift allowance (equivalent to approximately £36,500 per annum)Job Type: Double Days 9 day fortnight PermanentAn established manufacturing business in Coventry is looking to recruit an experienced Production Team Leader to join its Press Shop operation.This is a hands-on leadership role where you''ll be responsible for leading a small production team, ensuring daily production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and housekeeping. You''ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, developing your team and supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate and supervise a small team of production operators.Ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to quality standards.Promote a positive working culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.Conduct team briefings and support the development of operators.Monitor housekeeping and ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained at all times.Troubleshoot equipment and production issues to minimise downtime.Set up presses or assembly equipment following training and procedures.Operate production equipment when required to support output.Manage consumable stock levels and raise maintenance requests where necessary.Complete production documentation and pass off production runs.We''re looking for someone who has:Previous experience as a Team ..... full job details .....
