Production Team Leader

You will be a vital part of leading a team to achieving success.This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team within a fast-paced production environment while contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.You will be responsible for supervising the manufacturing and warehouse team, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and efficiency.Salary: 32,000 - 34,000 (Depending on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday 6am to 2pmKey responsibilitiesReporting to the Operations Manager, you will:Lead the manufacturing and inbound teamsEnsure safe and efficient operationsCommunicate any issues that may impact production targets and work to resolve themEnsure all team members follow company procedures Provide leadership, training and support to develop the teamMonitor team performance including timekeeping, attendance and productivityIdentify and implement opportunities for continuous improvementEnsure high standards of stock control and workplace organisation Liaise with the other Team Leader to ensure smooth shift ..... full job details .....
