Job Title: Team Leader - Production and PackingContract Type: PermanentLocation: Chipping NortonShift: AM/Nights RotatingSalary: Up to £35,000pa - dependent on experienceThe OpportunityA well-established and growing manufacturing business is seeking a Team Leader - Production and Packing to join its operations team.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with experience in fast-paced production environments to play a key role in driving operational performance, quality, and team engagement across shift operations.The business operates within a quality-focused manufacturing environment and is looking for someone who can motivate teams, maintain standards, and ensure production runs efficiently and safely.The RoleAs Team Leader, you will oversee day-to-day production and packing activities, ensuring production lines continue running efficiently while maintaining high standards across quality, food safety, and health and safety.Working closely with operations, engineering, and quality teams, you will support performance targets, minimise downtime, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production area.This role operates on a rotating shift basis, alternating weekly between early and night shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and support production and packing teams across shift Ensure production lines operate efficiently, minimising downtime and disruption Monitor and report on KPIs including output, quality, and performance ..... full job details .....
