Following an internal move, the business is seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to help drive operational performance whilst supporting the ongoing development of both people and processes.Leading a team of over 20 operatives, you''ll take ownership of day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. You''ll manage resources, monitor performance, coach and develop employees, analyse operational data and work collaboratively with colleagues across production, quality, planning and engineering to deliver business objectives.This is a highly visible leadership role that requires a strong presence on the shop floor.
