Production Team Leader Location: Stockport Shifts: 1x Double Days and 1x Fixed Nights Shift: 05 00 (Mon-Thu), 05 45 (Fri) Late Shift: 13 45 (Mon-Thu), 11 45 (Fri) Nights: 20 30 (Mon-Thu) Salary: 15% Shift Allowance Double Days and 30% Night Shift Premium The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Team Leader to join a well-established manufacturing business in Stockport. This is a people-first leadership role where you will be responsible for creating a positive, high-performing and engaged team environment. Working closely with the Production Manager, you''ll lead, coach and develop your team while ensuring safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets are achieved. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a manufacturing team to achieve production targets Manage attendance, absence and return-to-work processes Conduct performance management activities, coaching and development discussions Handle employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary processes and conflict resolution Ensure team members are trained, competent and supported in their roles Monitor productivity, quality and operational performance Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives Work closely with production, quality, engineering and support functions to resolve issues ..... full job details .....
