Safely store and load finished goods in a timely manner. Operate, clean, and maintain machinery to pre-determined efficiency and output targets, ensuring operational safety at all times. Produce stock to agreed output rates and quality standards. Lead, motivate and organise a team of operatives to achieve daily production targets in a food manufacturing environment. Monitor output, waste, downtime, quality and other KPIs, taking action where performance falls below target. Carry out line checks, start-up checks, line clearance and changeovers in line with site procedures.
