Production Team Leader (Food) £32,000 - £34,500 + 33 Days Holiday + Company Benefits Barnsley Are you a Production Team Leader/Supervisor from a background in food manufacturing looking to join a growing company offering a double day shift pattern, with clear opportunities to progress into a Shift Manager position and continue developing your career? In this role, you will be supervising a team of 4-5 Production Operatives and reporting directly to the Shift Manager. You will work hands-on alongside the production team while carrying out your supervisory responsibilities, including managing stock levels, monitoring the shop floor, overseeing day-to-day production, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. This company has been established for over 20 years and continues to expand to meet increasing customer demand. They manufacture a range of fresh ingredients and pride themselves on the quality of their products, the training and development they provide to their staff, as well as their continuously expanding product range.
