Are you a Production Team Leader, Line Leader, Supervisor, or similar from an FMCG, food manufacturing, or packaging background, looking for a hands-on leadership role within a busy production environment?

On offer is a permanent position within an established food production business, where you will oversee day-to-day production line operations, support the Packhouse Manager, and ensure production targets, quality standards, and health and safety requirements are consistently met.

In this role, you will lead and motivate Production Operatives, organise labour across production lines, monitor performance, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement across the production process. You will also ensure accurate production records are maintained, quality checks are completed, and any downtime or operational issues are reported and resolved efficiently.

This role would suit a Production Team Leader, Line Leader, Supervisor, or similar with experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, packaging, or a similar fast-paced production environment, looking for a stable role with progression opportunities.

The Role:

• Lead and motivate Production Operatives to achieve daily production targets, supporting training, development, and performance management

• Plan and allocate labour across production lines, monitor KPIs, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement

• Ensure food safety, hygiene, quality, and health and safety procedures are followed, including production records and quality checks

• Work closely with Production Managers and Technical teams to resolve operational issues and maintain production standards

• 40 hours per week on a rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays

The Person:

• Production Team Leader, Line Leader, Supervisor, or similar

• Background in manufacturing, FMCG, food manufacturing, packaging, or a similar fast-paced production environment

• Basic Food Hygiene qualification

• Commutable to Howden, East Yorkshire
