This role will see you take responsibility for the day-to-day running of production lines, supporting the Packhouse Manager and ensuring targets, quality standards and health and safety requirements are consistently achieved.You will be responsible for organising labour, monitoring production performance, improving efficiencies and motivating a team of Production Operatives to achieve business and customer requirements.
