W Talent are thrilled to be partnering exclusively with CorrBoard UK Ltd, a leading manufacturer based in Scunthorpe, to recruit a Production Team Leader (First Line Manager) to join their growing team! This critical role will be responsible for leading the Corrugator Operations and operates on a rotating shift pattern (3-shift rotation, Monday to Friday). CorrBoard welcomes applicants with a strong preference for those with corrugator experience within the packaging, manufacturing, or the FMCG sector. While they are particularly keen on candidates with prior team leadership or management experience, they are also open to ambitious individuals eager to develop their skills and advance within the company. Position Overview: As the Production Team Leader (First Line Manager) you will take full ownership of the corrugator process at CorrBoard''s Scunthorpe plant, managing everything from the production of corrugated boards and single-face products to palletization. You will ensure the health, safety, and well-being of your team while efficiently handling administrative duties. In this role, you will also be responsible for driving team performance and ensuring that all business targets are met or exceeded.
