We re recruiting on behalf of our client for a Production Team Leader to join their expanding operation just outside Truro. The role: Supervising a team of up to 15 production operatives Ensuring all team members are working safely and to the daily production schedule Working within a large manufacturing site this is a role for someone who s comfortable being on their feet and active throughout the day Maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive working environment This is a purely supervisory role and a crucial hire due to a recent increase in contracts. The company operates Monday to Friday on day shifts, 7.00am to 3.30pm, with regular overtime available. Pay is offered on an hourly basis, ranging from £18 to £21 per hour depending on experience. The position is initially offered on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis, with long-term progression opportunities for the right person.
