Job Title: Production Team Leader - Food Manufacturing Location: Scarborough Salary: £15.54 per hour, £31,515 per annum Industry: Food Manufacturing Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am 4:00pm, with flexibility required and participation in 1 2 Sunday shifts per month. Set clear daily objectives and provide regular feedback to support individual development. Motivate the team to achieve production, quality and efficiency targets. Ensure all products are manufactured in line with food safety, quality and customer standards. Monitor daily production performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, yield and productivity. Plan and schedule production activities to meet business and customer demand.
