Production Team Leader + 32,250k + 2pm-10pm shift + 33 days holiday + Permanent role Our food manufacturing client based in Bolton are looking for an experienced Production Team Leader to join them on a permanent 2pm-10pm shit Monday - Friday. Production Team Leader job purpose: To lead, Manage and develop a team within either the bakery or packaging department, ensuring that the team runs safely, efficiently and effectively, driving a continuous improvment environment to maximise productivity and quality. Health, Safety and Environment - Ensure that the plant and people conform to HSE legislation, policies and standards. Takes a proactive approach to the reduction of accidents, risks and hazards at site. FSQ - Ensure all products released for processing/ sale meet food safety and quality standards, and the team remains compliant at all times through effective traceability and document completion/ control Cost - Effectively manage all controllable costs, from raw materials, packaging and waste, and accurate completion of databases to support improvement plans. People - Lead, motivate, train and develop the team, inclusive of agency, to best deliver results across the business pillars. Continuous Improvement - Actively look for CI opportunities, engaging the team to help positively impactn the business pillars.
