Position Scope: As a Production Team Leader, you will ensure products are manufactured to meet customer specifications while adhering to strict safety, quality, environmental, and hygiene standards. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational success and maintaining compliance across all production activities. Key Responsibilities: Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce PPE usage and ensure all health, safety, and hygiene protocols are followed. Report accidents on site in collaboration with the Technical Manager. Uphold the Clean as You Go Policy to maintain pristine production areas. Quality and Standards: Oversee production to ensure adherence to Food Safety, Food Quality, and BRC standards. Monitor and maintain HACCP Critical Control Points (CCPs), ensuring checks are completed accurately and on time. Prepare for and support customer audits. Operational Excellence: Supervise all production operations and cover any line position as needed. Maintain accurate records (e.g., production logs, hygiene checks) and ensure team compliance.
