Production Team Leader

My client, a food production company in the Evesham area is looking to recruit a Production Team Leader on a Permanent basis. This company use Multipond machines so it is essential you have previous working with these machines.This position will require you to work on 5 days out of 7 with the usual start time of 0700As part of the leadership team you will offer strong communication skills and a desire to ensure your team is performing t its maximum capabilitiesThe main responsibilities associated with the role include- lead and motivate your team on a daily basis- Ensure the highest working stands are met at al times- Ensure Production targets are met- Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times- Report any maintenance or production issues in accordance with company procedures- Have a flexible approach to meet company needs during busy periodsAs a suitable candidate you will offer the following- Previous experience as a Team Leader in a busy production environment, ideally within Food industry- Previous working experience with Multipond machines- Good knowledge of Health and Safety- Positive attitude and a desire to create a good working environment for your team- ability to work flexibly to ensure production targets are metThe salary on offer is circa -29,500, dependent on relevant experienceKeywordsTeam Leader, Supervisor, Food, Food Hygiene,
