Working hours: Monday to Friday 

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 p/a 

Location: Reading, UK

We''re hiring a proactive and hands-on Production Team Leader (Line Leader) to oversee production line operations at our facility in Reading. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy motivating teams, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities of the Production Team Leader 

• Lead daily activities on the production line to meet output and quality goals.

• Promote and ensure health, safety, and cleanliness on the shop floor.

• Identify and resolve issues quickly to maintain smooth production flow.

• Support training and performance feedback for line team members.

• Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement efforts.

• Ensure proper shift handovers and line readiness.

What Youll Need for the Production Team Leader

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience (35 years preferred).

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and lead by example.
