Production Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated Production Team Leader-in Ayrshire. As a crucial part of the manufacturing team, the Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the production team, ensuring quality standards, health and safety, and efficient workflow. You will manage a team directly, covering recruitment, training, and performance, whilst driving continuous improvement and maintaining documentation accuracy.

Working on a Days and Backs rotational shift pattern.

• Experience in managing a team within a-production environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ensure quality standards are met
• Excellent communication (oral and written)
• Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
• Flexible and dependable with a proactive approach
• Attention to detail and results-driven mindset

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of -30,000 - -33,000, with opportunities for overtime and career progression within a growing manufacturing business.-
