Production Team Leader

Connect Appointments is recruiting a Production Team Leader to join our team, based at a client''s site in Blantyre.This is a hands-on, people-focused role managing our temporary workforce on site day to day. From morning check in''s and inductions through to workforce planning and building strong relationships with the client''s team. You''ll be the first point of contact for both our workers and the client, keeping the operation running smoothly on both sides.What''s on offer?Temporary ongoing positionMonday to Friday, 6:15am to 3:15pmPaid weekly at 13.71 per hourThe backing of one of Scotland''s most established independent recruitment agenciesAs a Production Team Leader, your duties will include:Conducting daily attendance checks and sourcing replacements where neededMeeting new starters, allocating PPE and carrying out site inductionsUpdating attendance records, timesheets and manning schedulesCarrying out production floor walk-rounds to monitor PPE and complianceConducting performance reviews and maintaining training recordsTo be considered as a Production Team Leader, you will need:Previous experience within recruitment, onsite management or a production environmentStrong communication and organisational skills with a hands-on approachConfident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and ExcelThe ability to balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentGood attention to detail and accurate record keepingInterested in this Production Team Leader ..... full job details .....
