Production Team Leader - Manufacturing
Location: Near Tonbridge
Salary: circa -28,000 per annum
Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

Are you experienced in supervising production or warehouse teams, or are you ready to take the next step into a leadership role? Our client, a busy and successful manufacturing business, is hiring for a dedicated Production Team Leader to oversee a fast-paced production line.

What you will be doing:
* Leading and motivating a team to meet daily production targets
* Ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are maintained
* Coordinating daily operations and resolving any issues promptly
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintaining accurate production records and reporting

What you will bring:
* Previous experience working on a production line or in a supervisory role within manufacturing or warehouse environments
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Flexibility to adapt to a busy production environment
* Multilingual skills are a bonus but not essential
