Production Team Leader Assistant Cardiff - with UK Site Travel£15.76 per hour / £32,781 per annum + Overnight Allowance + Up to 10% Annual Bonus + Excellent Benefits Yolk Recruitment are supporting a leading manufacturing organisation with the recruitment of a Assistant Production Team Leader to join their specialist On-Site Rolling team in Cardiff. Working Hours and Travel Your normal working base will be Cardiff, working: Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 3:00pm Once fully trained, the role will involve regular UK travel, typically around every other week depending on project requirements. Some projects will require overnight stays, for which an additional overnight allowance is paid, while sites within reasonable travelling distance will allow you to return home the same day. This is a varied opportunity combining hands-on manufacturing with the chance to work on customer projects across the UK. You''ll be based primarily at the Cardiff manufacturing site, supporting the safe and efficient production of high-quality roofing and cladding products, while also travelling with colleagues to customer sites where products are manufactured directly on location using specialist roll-forming equipment.
