Overall Purpose: Lead a shift team to fulfil customer delivery, cost and quality expectations on a daily basis. Ensure the safe working of the Team at all times. Drive improvement within the Team to improvement efficiency. Key Duties: Ensure all team members are conforming to health, safety and environmental policies and procedures. Ensure all quality controls, plans and procedures are adhered to. Maintain the Production Schedule to ensure the on-time delivery of products to the customer. Ensure all team members are trained and following all standard work and operating procedures. Maintain 5S to agreed standards for the area of responsibility. Allocate and adjust labour levels on processes based on changing customer demands. Deal with and escalate performance and conduct issues. Monitor and ensure planned networking time is achieved.
