Working as part of a dedicated leadership team, you will play a key role in driving team performance, safety and continuous improvement across the production line. TEAM LEADER In this role you will be responsible for leading a Production Line team to achieve daily targets relating to Safety, People, Quality, Delivery and Cost. You will support improvement activities, develop your team, conduct area audits and follow through on corrective actions.
