Are you an Engineering Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor or Engineering Supervisor from a manufacturing background looking to take technical ownership of a night shift within a well-established manufacturer?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company where you will lead a team of skilled maintenance technicians, oversee planned and reactive maintenance, and play a key role in improving equipment reliability and reducing production downtime.

This industry-leading manufacturer has built an excellent reputation for quality, innovation and staff development. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced engineering professional to lead their technical team on nights.

In this varied role, you will lead and support a team of maintenance technicians, allocating workloads and coordinating planned maintenance and breakdown activities. You will work closely with production to minimise downtime while driving engineering standards, health & safety and continuous improvement across the shift.

This position would suit an Engineering Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor or Engineering Supervisor with a strong hands-on engineering background looking for a senior position offering responsibility, development and long-term progression.

The Role:

• Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians
• Coordinate PPM, breakdowns and engineering workloads across the shift
• 4 x 10-hour night shifts (9:00pm-7:00am)

The Person:

• Engineering Team Leader / Maintenance Supervisor / Engineering Supervisor experience
• Strong hands-on engineering / maintenance background
• Commutable to Petersfield
