Production Team Lead

Production Team LeadWorking Hours: Initially Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a planned transition to overnight operations (10:00pm to 6:00am) during 2026.Role Overview Provide leadership and direction to production and warehousing teams, ensuring daily operations run safely, efficiently, and in line with business objectives.Build a high-performing team culture through coaching, performance management, accountability, and employee development.Champion continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance, quality standards, safety, service levels, and team engagement.Foster positive working relationships across departments through effective communication and collaboration.
