Production Support Technician | Oxford | £25,000 plus a 4-day week every other & benefits:
  
MARS Recruitment is exclusively recruiting a Production Support Technician to join a world leader in the design and manufacturing of scientific instrumentation. You will carry out a diverse range of support activities, as part of the Production Team, depending on business requirements. You could be helping build mechanical assemblies, kitting out parts for build, helping with the warehouse and stores area, and the facilities team. This is a role which you will learn all aspects of the business, but naturally the path would be the complex mechanical assembly in production.
  
This Production Support Technician would really suit an engineering college or apprenticeship leaver who is looking for their first role within a specialist manufacturer. The following experience and skills are essential criteria:

• Driving, with full, clean driving licence
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Our client is offering an excellent salary and benefits package including 25 days holiday, contributory pension, life insurance, relaxed and flexible working environment. Every other week you will be able to take up on a 4-day working week.
