They design, manufacture and support specialist engine and propulsion products supplied to customers globally.Due to continued growth and ongoing investment, they are seeking an experienced Product Support Engineer to join their engineering team in a senior, technically focused position. The company offers an excellent benefits package including private healthcare, pension and additional employee benefits.The RoleThis is a varied and hands-on engineering role, acting as a key technical focal point between engineering, production, customers and suppliers.You will be responsible for supporting products throughout their lifecycle, investigating faults and failures, carrying out root cause analysis, supporting overhaul and servicing activities, managing engineering changes and helping to drive product reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.The position would suit an experienced engineer who enjoys technical problem-solving, working closely with customers and taking ownership of issues through to resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigating product faults, failures and returned equipment (RMA activities)Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actionsProducing technical reports and engineering documentationSupporting overhaul, servicing and repair activitiesManaging engineering changes and product ..... full job details .....
