Employal is working with an established manufacturing business who due to growth is looking to add a Production Support Coordinator to their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a customer supporting role.

The role

• Preparing accurate estimates and quotations for projects using bespoke software
• Handling technical queries from clients via phone and email
• Processing orders and passing accurate details onto the Production team
• Updating bespoke CRM daily
• Providing day-to-day support to the external field sales team
• Assisting the production team to ensure smooth project delivery

The candidate

• Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or production environment
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand product specifications
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with bespoke software/CRM systems
• A proactive team player who can support multiple departments
