They are a privately owned company who supply numerous sectors including foodservice, retail, wholesale and catering, both in the UK and abroad.   They are permanent, full-time positions with both AM (Monday to Friday 5.15/5.30am – 2.15/2.30pm) and PM (Tuesday to Friday: 2pm – 10.30pm, Saturday: 9am – 5.30pm) shifts available.   There are positions available from Level 1 to Level 4 depending on candidate skills and experience, with hourly rates reflecting these levels.   Your Duties as Production Supervisor: Manage an assigned production area, overseeing daily production schedules Drive day-to-day operational performance to meet productivity and efficiency targets Support, develop and look after your team, promoting wellbeing, fairness and respect at all times Create a positive working environment Maintain accurate and timely data within the computerised production system Lead and support a team of Line Operatives and Machine Minders Communicate clearly and confidently in English Demonstrate and role-model our Company Values in all aspects of your ...
