Production Supervisors

Production Supervisor sought to join an award-winning, £multimillion turnover food manufacturing company based in Bilston. They are a privately owned company who supply numerous sectors including foodservice, retail, wholesale and catering, both in the UK and abroad. This is a permanent, full-time position on the AM (Monday to Friday 5.15/5.30am 2.15/2.30pm) shift. Your duties as Production Supervisor: Manage an assigned production area, overseeing daily production schedules Drive day-to-day operational performance to meet productivity and efficiency targets Support, develop and look after your team, promoting wellbeing, fairness and respect at all times Create a positive working environment Maintain accurate and timely data within the computerised production system Lead and support a team of Line Operatives and Machine Minders Communicate clearly and confidently in English Demonstrate and role-model our Company Values in all aspects of your work Production Supervisor skills and experience: Experience within food manufacturing. Previous leadership experience (Team Leader, Senior Team Leader, Supervisor or similar). Strong understanding of production KPIs including OEE, yield, waste, quality and labour efficiency. Experience managing teams, training staff and driving performance. Good knowledge of food safety, GMP and audit standards. Demonstrable history of career progression and increased responsibility.
