Production Supervisors

Production Supervisors sought to join an award-winning, £multimillion turnover food manufacturing company based in Bilston. They are a privately owned company who supply numerous sectors including foodservice, retail, wholesale and catering, both in the UK and abroad. They are permanent, full-time positions on the PM shift (Tuesday to Friday: 2pm - 10.30pm, Saturday: 9am - 5.30pm). There are positions available from Level 3 and Level 4 depending on candidate skills and experience, with hourly rates reflecting these levels. Your duties as Production Supervisor: Manage an assigned production area, overseeing daily production schedules Drive day-to-day operational performance to meet productivity and efficiency targets Support, develop and look after your team, promoting wellbeing, fairness and respect at all times Create a positive working environment Maintain accurate and timely data within the computerised production system Lead and support a team of Line Operatives and Machine Minders Communicate clearly and confidently in English Demonstrate and role-model our Company Values in all aspects of your work Production Supervisor skills and experience: Experience within food manufacturing. Previous leadership experience (Team Leader, Senior Team Leader, Supervisor or similar). Strong understanding of production KPIs including OEE, yield, waste, quality and labour efficiency.
