Production Supervisor 15.00 Per Hour + Production BonusYolk Recruitment are supporting a growing manufacturing business with the recruitment of a Production Supervisor to join their production operation. This is a hands-on Production Supervisor role working Monday to Friday on a two-shift pattern of 6:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm, managing a team of production staff across secondary production lines. You will be responsible for safety, quality, workflow and day-to-day production output, with the opportunity to join a business that is expanding and looking to strengthen its supervisory team.As Production Supervisor, you will oversee a team of operators and forklift drivers, ensuring production runs safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with the Production Manager and Conversion Manager to plan workloads, maintain production flow and ensure the right materials and work are available at the right time.This is a hands-on position where you will be expected to support the team when required, including stepping onto the production line to cover short-term absences and keep operations running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support a team of production employees.Plan and coordinate daily production activities to maintain an efficient workflow.Ensure production targets, quality standards and customer requirements are achieved.Monitor production lines and ensure operators have the correct work and materials available.Liaise ..... full job details .....
