This is a hands-on leadership role where you''ll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining standards and getting the best out of your team.This isn''t a stand-back management role - you''ll be visible on the shopfloor, solving problems, supporting your team and making sure production runs as it should.What you''ll be doing- Leading day-to-day production across a sheet metal / fabrication environment- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with established 5S standards- Driving performance against production targets, quality and delivery- Supporting problem solving and continuous improvement activities- Managing and developing shopfloor teams, ensuring strong communication and engagement- Working with MRP systems to support production planning and efficiency- Acting as the key point of contact for production-related issuesWhat we''re looking for- Previous experience in a Production Supervisor / Manager role within manufacturing- Ideally time-served in sheet metal or fabrication- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and aerospace specifications- Experience across processes such as CNC punching/routing, forming, heat treatment and ..... full job details .....
